Cristian Capizello is an agronomist from Gela and in his family business he cultivates artichokes and cereals. He doesn’t use intermediaries and only sells retail, and has learned all about the relationship with the land through his grandfather’s teachings. In this episode, Cristian guides us on a trip in the world of Gela agriculture. In a supermarket he found some dried fava beans coming from Australia. “But are there no fava beans in Sicily?!”
